Abi is a wonderful dog who is looking for a home where she can be showered with cuddles.

She is a typical lively lurcher who is full of beans and loves going on adventures and finding new things to sniff.

Abi gets along great with people and is very needy for affection, therefore she may enjoy a family home with children, no younger than seven years old.

Due to her breed she has a high prey drive so would not be suitable to live with cats or small animals.

Abi is currently undergoing training to socialise her with other dogs, she is thriving with her training and currently has a new canine best friend at the centre. Her new owner would need to be willing to continue this.

She is trained to wear a muzzle for her walks, but this also helps when socialising her with new dogs too.

Abi shows signs to suggest that she is house trained and the Scottish SPCA think that she would be OK if left for very short periods, as this breed do typically suffer with separation anxiety.

If you have no other pets in the home and are looking for a big snuggly dog, then look no further.

If you think you could give Abi the home she needs, please contact the Dunbartonshire and West of Scotland SSCPA centre on 03000 999 999.
