A MAN who flouted a court’s order barring him from entering a Clydebank street has been jailed.
James McHarg, 34, of Hathaway Lane, Maryhill, was released on bail following a court hearing on July 22 – but just five days later he breached a special condition of the order.
McHarg was found in Graham Avenue in Clydebank, in direct contravention of an instruction that he should not enter or seek to enter the street.
Defence solicitor Melissa Rutherford told Sheriff John Hamilton that her client, who was brought to the dock in handcuffs, had been remanded in custody in connection with an unrelated case at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

McHarg was handed a four-month prison sentence for the bail breach.
