PUPILS at Clydemuir Primary ditched their uniform for a day to help out charity.
Primary four pupils and the school’s Christmas Foodshare Appeal group organised the initiative to raise donations of food and toys for West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare who recently paid a visit.
The youngsters were told about the need for the foodbank and the work they do to help local families.

Margaret MacLeod, headteacher at Clydemuir, said: “We are all very proud of our children for leading this initiative which has developed their skills of citizenship, responsibility and kindness as well as raising money for the foodshare.”
