LINNVALE actor Oli Keenan will be donning his fuzzy green suit as he prepares to host a festive warehouse cinema experience.

The 23-year-old will be playing the Grinch whilst entertaining film fans as part of the Christmas Movie Experience events in Govan.

Oli told the Post: “Getting to do the Grinch is so much fun – a tonne of energy is required but it’s totally worth it.

“I’m beyond thrilled to host the events as it will be nice to get to meet some of the younger ones who missed out the last time.

“This is the first time I’ve hosted a child-friendly event and I couldn’t be more excited for it, so everyone is welcome – young, old and everything in between.”

Christmas movies including Home Alone, Elf and Love Actually will be played over four days at the Clydebrae Street site.

Ticket holders enter through a secret cupboard leading to the cinema room which will feature street food, cocktails, boozy hot chocolate and Christmas surprises.

Guests can interact with The Grinch and get their pictures taken.

This will be the second time the actor will have hosted this type of event after a similar performance was held over Hallowe’en where he portrayed a terrifyingly accurate incarnation of Pennywise the Clown.

Oli added: “The Hallowe’en event went amazingly, all the feedback was great and it was so nice to meet so many people there.”
