Primary three pupils from across Clydebank showed off a host of skills last week.
The youngsters were taking part in the School Games by Sports Development where they enjoyed different activities such as balancing, aiming, throwing and catching.
A total of 103 children went along to the Clydebank Leisure Centre to try out traditional athletics events including javelin and long jump.
They also expelled energy at different stations including target throwing, speed bounce, chest push, balance test, and relay races.
Schools which participated were Carleith, Edinbarnet, Gavinburn, Goldenhill, Kilbowie, Linnvale, Our Holy Redeemer, Our Lady of Loretto, St Eunan’s, St Joseph’s, St Stephens, St Mary’s, and Whitecrook.
The event, which was run in conjunction with Active Schools, links with run, jump, and throw classes which are available through the We Do Sport Program, run by Sports Development.
