SINGERS Football Club has thanked everyone who attended a recent event to raise much needed funds for the team.
A total of £850 was raised at a Halloween fundraiser held on October 26 at Lucky Break, Clydebank.
It was organised to ease the stress of the financial situation after the club “came into some hard times”.

But the team have been said to be going from strength to strength under new management of Stephen Nixon, Thomas Kenny and Ronnie Carlin.
A spokesperson got in touch with the Post to ask to send their thanks to everyone who turned up and took part in the raffle and auctions, and to thank everyone who kindly donated prizes, including tickets for Empire Cinema and M&D’s Theme Park.
