Driver who crashed found to have 'no licence or insurance'
A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been reported for allegedly driving without a licence or insurance in Clydebank.
A report of a road crash prompted officers to attend the scene in Atlee Avenue around 3.10pm on November 5.
