A TEENAGER was charged last week with allegedly throwing a firework at a cop.
Around 9pm on November 5, the 17-year-old reportedly made threatening and abusive comments to officers before making off.
He then returned and threw the explosive.
Police said a short time later, the teen was traced and arrested. He was charged with assaulting two officers and for threatening and abusive behaviour.
