SPARKS were flying at this year’s fireworks display in Dalmuir Park.

Crowds of families turned up to watch the show thanks to West Dunbartonshire Council organising the event on November 5.

The Post’s photographer went along on the night to take some snaps of residents having fun.

A council spokesperson told the Post: “Thousands of people turned out to see spectacular fireworks displays at the council’s official events last week in and Dalmuir and Levengrove parks.

“Both locations were packed with families enjoying the festivities in a safe environment.

“These displays are the perfect way to enjoy Guy Fawkes night and we thank the communities of West Dunbartonshire for supporting them.”
