Man appears in court charged over alleged indecent images of children
A MAN has appeared in court charged with allegedly taking or permitting to be taken indecent images of children.
Iain Wylie, 28, from Clydebank, appeared in private at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, October 16. He is charged with one count of taking, or permitting to be taken, one or more indecent images of children, and two counts of breaching bail.
He made no plea or declaration and was fully committed for trial.
Mr Wylie was remanded in custody.
