The Spar store in Duntocher
FIREFIGHTERS are still at the scene after a blaze in a Duntocher shop.
It is believed that the Spar, on Dumbarton Road, was on fire this morning.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “We were alerted at 8.55am on Friday, October 4, to a fire within retail premises on Dumbarton Road, Duntocher.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the scene, where crews were met with a fire in the store room of a shop.
“Flats above the premises were evacuated.

"One casualty was given precautionary checks at the scene.
“Firefighters remain in attendance.”
