A MAN who was reportedly shouting at his neighbours in the street was jailed.
Police were called to a disturbance on Second Avenue, on September 21 at around 7pm.
A 30-year-old man was allegedly shouting abuse at neighbours, and police officers, and smashed a window.
He was arrested and detained to appear in court charged with vandalism and breach of the peace.
