Man found passed out in car with 'drugs and bottle of vodka'
A MAN was arrested after police reportedly found him in a car with a bottle of alcohol in his hand.
Police attended to an abandoned vehicle on Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick.
The driver side door was lying wide open and a 32-year-old man was reportedly inside with a bottle of alcohol.
Officers carried out a search on the man and allegedly found white tablets in his possession as well as cannabis on September 15 at 11.50pm.
He then allegedly tried to fight with the police and when taken to Clydebank police office started spitting.
He was held in custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
