A WOMAN who crashed her car in Clydebank allegedly refused to carry out breath tests.
At 10.45pm on September 8, the 42-year-old left the carriageway and struck a wall on Milton Douglas Road.
Police were called to the scene and she identified herself as being the driver of the vehicle. She reportedly failed to provide a breath sample at the roadside.
She then allegedly failed to provide a sample of breath for analysis at Clydebank police office.

The woman was released to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
