WEST Dunbartonshire Council has launched a survey for council tenants to voice their opinions on the service.
The Tenant Satisfaction Survey, will be carried out by an independent research company, and tenants who wish to take part will do so via phone, or face to face in a small number of cases.
A statement from the council said: “The focus of the survey will be to gather information on how tenants feel about the services the council provides, whether these are being provided to the standard you expect and what tenants see as the priorities going forward.

“The survey will hopefully provide useful information on current services and how they might be improved.”
The data will be kept completely anonymous.
