A GROUP of fundraisers are aiming to get three defibrillators installed in Old Kilpatrick.

Last year, one of the group suffered from a heart attack, and at the time, there wasn’t a defibrillator in the village.

There is now one of the life saving devices in a local school but it can only be accessed at certain times.

And money is currently being raised by the team in order to get another three installed, one at each end of Old Kilpatrick and one in the middle.

A skydiving event was organised to take place on Saturday, August 10 in order to collect funds, however, due to bad weather, this has been rescheduled for next month - September 28.
