A DEVELOPER has been given the green light to reduce the number of beds at a future care home.
In a building warrant submitted to the council in February, agent ID Partnership asked to reduce the number of beds to 66.
In 2014, a 75-room care home on the site, on Cochno Road in Hardgate, was approved.

Councillors gave the green light to the proposal, which was a revision of plans submitted earlier that year, with 10 different conditions placed on the developers, including landscaping and open space.
