THE Clydebank Rotary Club have welcomed a new president.
Finlay Gorman, a retired business manager, has taken over the role from Colin O’Brien.
The group fundraise to support local charities, organisations and schools, but they also help people in need in other countries.

In March, the club was honoured by Provost William Hendrie as it celebrated 50 years of work in the community.
As part of their anniversary celebrations they hosted a charity golf tournament, helped two schools get extra musical instruments, supported young pupils travelling to work in Malawi and raised vital funds for Erskine and St Margaret’s Hospice.
