A PAINTING exhibition displaying Scotland’s picturesque landscapes is on show at the Backdoor Gallery in Dalmuir.
Running until August 17, Rowena Comrie’s “By The Water” features watercolour paintings portraying the River Clyde, West of Dumbarton, the Erskine Bridge and a showcase of other art.
Rowena in collaboration with Lodestone Creative in West Dumbarton has been painting “en plain air”.

The talented artist has allowed nature and the immediate environment to inspire her creative process.
And the resulting paintings of local lands and waterscapes are Rowena’s expression of joy.
