A MAN with his top off outside Asda, Clydebank, was charged with a breach of the peace.
Police were asked to attend the store at around 5.50am on June 23, in relation to the man, aged 20.
Officers arrived, and when speaking to the man he allegedly started swearing, in an abusive and threatening manner.
The shouting and swearing reportedly continued, and he was informed he was under arrest.

He was taken to Clydebank police office and will be subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
