BANKIES queued in Clyde Shopping Centre as they waited for a new store to open its doors.
One Below, a new discount brand from the original founders of Poundworld, has employed 20 local people.
The shop opened to the public at 9am this morning, and stocks many popular cleaning names such as Zoflora and The Pink Stuff, as favoured by social media superstar Mrs Hinch.

Many of the former Poundworld staff who lost their jobs when the old Clydebank shop went into administration in 2018 have been given new employment at the new One Below store.
Christopher Edwards, managing director, said: “We’re delighted to open our store in Clyde Shopping Centre, creating 20 local jobs.
“It’s a great location for us and there has been a lot of interest pre-opening so we hope that the store will be a popular addition to the centre.
“One Below is the only name on the high street offering everything it sells for £1 or less, with branded, quality products costing as little as 29p.”
