Laureen was delighted to have been recognised, and said: “I am very surprised but thrilled and honoured to be chosen as a winner in these prestigious awards.”
HR Administrator Nicole Mackay, who nominated Laureen, said: “Laureen never tires of doing her best, thinking outside the box, taking feedback and doing something with it to make life improvements to the people we support.
“She knows and understands every service user’s needs and requirements and works with all our staff to make sure they feel valued and confident that they can deliver.”
The awards have been hailed a huge success in recognising individuals, teams and companies, who are delivering care at an incredibly high standard in an era of challenging budgets and within an increasingly demanding work environment.
