RAW sewage is leaking from a drain outside a medical practice on Dumbarton Road.
The practice manager at Whiteinch noticed the problem this morning before alerting Scottish Water.
The drain that has been spewing sewage since last night is said to be within one metre from the main entrance to the surgery that remains open to the public.
A stench as a result of the mess is said to be affecting staff and patients.

The practice manager said: “We have reported this to Scottish Water and were given a reference number. They said they will get someone out when they can, possibly within the next 24 hours. They do not think this is priority. Would you come and visit us with this?
A Scottish Water spokesperson said: “I can confirm that we have received a report of this issue at Whiteinch Medical Practice. We will be attending today to investigate.”
