A KNIFE was dropped out of a flat window, nearly hitting those working below.
At 12.55pm yesterday, construction workers where within a forklift at West Court, on Littleholm Place.
Two of them observed a flash of green falling above them, then a noise of metal hitting the ground.
They then observed a green handled kitchen knife on the ground, before looking up and seeing a man looking out one of the flat windows.
Police were alerted and attended the scene.

Officers are carrying out enquiries, including checking CCTV, to identify whoever was responsible.
