A CLYDEBANK business has been awarded a place on a national framework designed to help those living in fuel poverty.
MPC Energy Ltd, which specialises in lowering household energy costs and carbon emissions, is one of nine Scottish enterprises to be included on the Energy Advice Framework.

Created by Scotland Excel, the contract will give councils and housing associations easy access to companies that can provide energy advice tailored to their residents.
It will offer services such as working with householders on the best heating regimes, dealing with metering issues, advising on efficiency measures and making sure home owners are on the best tariff.
