A 41-year-old man was stabbed in Drumchapel this morning in a violent daylight attack.
The victim was assaulted in Heathcot Avenue and later rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where his condition was described as serious but stable.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch but also any drivers on the nearby Great Western Road who might have dash cam footage.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “Around 11.20am today, police were called to a report of a 41 year old man seriously injured on Heathcot Avenue, Drumchapel."
Anyone with information or footage is asked to contact officers on 101 quoting incident #1151 of April 3.
