POLICE and ambulance services were called to Drumchapel railway station after an alleged fight broke out between a man and woman.
The two were arrested following scenes during rush hour last night.
Just after 6pm an altercation started on the platform, drawing a crowd of fellow passengers.
A 37-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were both arrested at the scene by British Transport Police officers.
It was initially reported that a teenage girl had taken unwell.
One eyewitness said the woman was lying on the platform with a crowd of fellow passengers around her.
A spokeswoman for British Transport Police said: "British Transport Police officers were called at 6.05pm last night to an incident of anti-social behaviour involving an altercation at Drumchapel railway station.
"Two people, a male and a female, have been arrested."
