A PILOT reported to police that he had observed a drone flying illegally in Clydebank.
The drone was observed by the pilot around the area of West College Scotland’s Clydebank campus on Tuesday, March 19, at 4.45pm.

Argyll and West Dunbartonshire Police Division said: “Please be advised, if you are a drone pilot, you must be aware of legislation and regulations in force in regard to flying these aircrafts.”
Since March 13 2019, it has been illegal to fly any drone at any time within restricted airfield runway zones.
And since July 30 last year, it has been against the law to fly a drone over 400ft or 120m.
