A WOMAN who plunged from a high-rise flat was saved when she hit a glass canopy door entrance, eye witnesses have said.
Locals at the flat in Scotstoun said the impact of the fall was stunted after she hit the solid glass below.
Cops were called to the horror fall at the 19-floor Kingsway Court flats around 10am yesterday (Tues) morning.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We were called around 10am to a report of a woman that had fallen from a flat in Kingsway Court.
"Police attended and she's been taken to Queen Elizabeth hospital."
