EMPLOYEES at McDonald’s in Clydebank have raised more than £5,000 for charity.
The team at the restaurant in the Clyde Shopping Centre held fundraising events including a 13-mile sponsored walk, raffles, and dress down work days.
And a total of £5,337 has been donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Glasgow as a result.
Helen Craig, house director at Ronald McDonald House Glasgow, said: “We’re so grateful to the franchisee and staff at the McDonald’s in Clydebank who have worked so hard raising money for the house.
"The money raised will make a huge difference to many families who are able to be with their children whilst being treated at the Royal Hospital for Children and other hospitals in the West of Scotland.”
