BANKIES will soon be able to snap up one of the new canal-side apartments.
The flats on Miller Street are now well underway and developers Strathclyde Homes are planning to open a sales centre for the properties in the next couple of weeks.
The development, which is based on part of the old council carpark, will be made up of 84 two-bedroom apartments and the starting price will be under £100,000.

The company also intend to offer a three bedroom range and both sizes will include a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, floor to ceiling windows and tiling in the main bathroom.
The fitted kitchens will come with a choice of units and colour co-ordinated work tops, washer/dryer, integral electric oven, gas hob and cooker hood.
