A MAN who was charged with stealing from the Clydebank memorial to Dom Brown has been found dead.

The body of Graham Hollern, 33, was found at a property in Mountblow on January 28.

Pamela Davidson, 44, was also found dead at the same property between Melbourne Avenue and Perth Crescent.

Police confirmed that the deaths were currently being treated as “unexplained”.

It was alleged that Mr Hollern stole a Celtic scarf from the shrine which was set up to remember 31-year-old Mr Brown, who was fatally injured in an incident on August 5.

A 48-year-old woman who was charged along with Mr Hollern in connection with the incident remains under investigation.

Police were first alerted to the reported theft of items from the memorial to Mr Brown, on the corner of Radnor Street and Kilbowie Road, on August 23, in a video that had been circulated on social media.

Two people are to face murder charges over the death of Mr Brown, a father of one, in a trial next month.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police were called around 1.35pm on Monday, January 28, to a report of the sudden deaths of a 33-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman within a property in Melbourne Avenue, Clydebank.

“A post-mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of the deaths, which officers are treating as unexplained at this time.”A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.”
