A MAN has pleaded guilty to dealing heroin and cocaine in Whitecrook.

Craig Fearn, of Dean Court, admitted to being concerned in the supply of the drugs from his property in 2018.

Not guilty pleas were accepted at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on January 22 from three co-accused on related charges: Shannon Breslin, 24, also of Dean Court; Gary Easton, 22, of Bulldale Court, Yoker; and James Lang, 26, of Birchfield Drive, Scotstounhill.

The other three left the dock and left Fearn, who fiscal depute Kevin Doherty said had previous convictions.

He told the court police attended Dean Court on March 15 at 9.40am with a search warrant where Ms Breslin allowed them entry. Fearn, 27, was also at home at the time and was “cooperative” with officers.

Fearn told them, “Aye, there’s a bag in the cupboard”, directing them to a cupboard under the microwave in the kitchen.

Numerous quantities of drugs were found. The maximum value of the drugs, subdivided into deals, would be £3,580 for the heroin and £1,860 for the cocaine.
Fearn’s defence solicitor said his client had a “fairly limited record” but a summary conviction from 2010 would “cause some concern”.

Sheriff Maxwell Hendry said: “You have not served a custodial sentence before. It would be premature for me to reach a decision today.”

Sentence was deferred to February 12.
