AN aspiring young comedian received a special one-to-one lesson from Viv Gee at Clydebank’s Awestruck Academy.
Leon, age 10, spent time with the professional stand-up comedian learning new skills.
At the course – open to anyone aged 8-18 – stand-up comedy star Viv will teach youngsters how to write jokes, how to tell funny stories, how to deal with hecklers and how to use a microphone on stage.
Viv has performed on stage at the Edinburgh Fringe a number of times since 2007 and has worked extensively in schools.
Leon was the only person who turned up for the first week, however, it will be running every Saturday, until March 16, at £5 per session.
Call 0141 435 7116 or search for Awestruck Academy on Facebook to book or for more information.
Alternatively, you can pop in to the academy at 36 Sylvania Way South, Clydebank, G81 1EA .
