IF it’s true that a picture paints a thousand words, then our readers have truly had some amazing tales to tell in the course of the last 12 months.
This week we thought we’d feature just a few of our favourite submissions for the regular ‘Picture of the Week’ feature over the past year - some of them urban and others rural, some carefully set up using top-of-the-range photographic equipment and a generous amount of forward planning, others off-the-cuff snaps taken on a smartphone at an opportune moment, but all showing that West Dunbartonshire is the perfect place to capture eye-catching pictures in any sort of setting.
Huge thanks go to everyone who sent in entries for our Picture of the Week slot in the course of 2018 - we’re looking forward to featuring plenty more photographic talent in these pages over the next 12 months.
Happy snapping!
