YOUNGSTERS at Our Holy Redeemer Primary put on the performance of their lives after weeks of practicing for their nativity play.

All primary one to three pupils took part and performed “A Nativity Story” in front of an audience full of friends and family.

They even learned Makaton Sign Language to use when they were singing their songs.

The children have been practicing hard since the start of November.

Primary one kids played the role of angels and shepherds whilst primary two’s played musical instruments and primary three’s performed on stage.

Claire Bradley, depute headteacher, told the Post: “The children had a ball, they all sang their hearts out and we had excellent feedback from all the parents and families. They were all great on stage and we are very proud of them.”
