THESE chilling photos show the aftermath of a bus crash in a Paisley Road West garden.

As the Evening Times revealed, a single decker First Bus smashed into the roadside garden around 3.40pm.

It's understood the residents of the semi-detached property were moved to a neighbours house and are believed to have suffered from shock following the incident.

While school children were seen screaming as they escaped the back of the vehicle following the collision.

Two cars and a taxi are also said to have been hit in the incident, after the number three bus turned onto the busy street from Tweedsmuir Drive.

Thick red tape surrounds the garden this morning, as debris is scattered across the grass.

Glasgow Times:

The white wall which once separated the garden from the pavement has been destroyed, while parts of the bus can also be seen.

An investigation is underway to determine what caused the smash, which resulted in traffic chaos for rush-hour commuters.

Glasgow Times:

No one is understood to have been injured in the collision.

A spokeswoman for First Bus confirmed: “We can confirm that thankfully there have been no reported injuries and an investigation is now underway to identify the cause of the incident.”
