TWO suspects accused of attacking a man with a pool cue at his home in Yoker are to stand trial for his murder.
Kristopher Reynolds (31) and Martin Argyelan (26) allegedly killed James Thomson in May this year.
Prosecutors claim Mr Thomson was punched, and then repeatedly struck on the head and body with a pool cue or part of the weapon.
Mr Thomson is said to have been so severely injured that he died five days later in hospital.
Reynolds and Argyelan appeared for a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Friday.
Their lawyers entered not guilty pleas on their behalf.
Lord Burns set a trial due to begin in Glasgow next May.
The case could last up to 10 days.
