A MAN and woman today denied murdering 31-year-old dad-of-one Dominic Brown by stabbing him with a knife in the street.

Daniel Devlin, 46, and Donna Simpson, 39, from Glasgow, are accused of murdering Mr Brown at Radnor Street, Clydebank, on August 5.

Ms Simpson is also charged with attempting to murder Stephen Morgan by stabbing him with a knife on the body to his severe injury and to the danger of his life in Kilbowie Street, on August 5.

Both are accused of having a knife in a public place.

Mr Devlin is also charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine on August 5 at a flat in Crown Avenue, Clydebank.

Mr Devlin, who was represented by Donald Findlay QC, and Ms Simpson, who was represented by Brian McConnachie QC, both denied all the charges against them when they appeared in the dock at the High Court in Glasgow.

Judge Lord Mulholland set a trial for March next year.
