THIS is the brilliantly terrifying moment a Clydebank family well and truly got into the Halloween spirit last night.
A video posted online shows a group of young trick-or-treating children knocking on the door of a house in the town which is completely adorned in decorations inspired by the recent remake of Stephen King’s IT.
A silent boy, dressed as the character George and holding a balloon, opens the door - before the frightening householder emerges as Pennywise the dancing clown.
While some of the youngsters remain put, one runs off terrified as the man perfectly embodies the character, portrayed by actor Bill Skarsgård in the 2017 IT adaptation.
In just a few hours, the video has received 26,000 views and 125,000 shares.
