Customer satisfaction has earned staff at the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel in Clydebank another accolade for going the extra mile.

The award-winning venue has achieved the VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation for the third quarter of 2018.

The recognition is based on customer feedback from 371 venues across the UK and Ireland, with results delivered from nearly 16,000 individual pieces of feedback.

Market research agency BVA BDRC give the Gold Standard to venues achieving a 12-month Net Promoter Score of more than 70 (scores range from -100 to +100).

The recognition comes after the Golden Jubilee was awarded VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation for the second quarter of this year and Conference Hotel of the Year at the 2018 Scottish Hotel Awards, making it an unprecedented year for the hotel.

Hotel director Bronagh Bell said: “This latest recognition shows how our conscientious staff really go the extra mile for our guests, conference organisers and delegates. It demonstrates our commitment to deliver a ‘venue of excellence’ for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions market.

“We have had a fantastic year so far and have grown our international association market and reputation.”

“I would like to thank each member of our hard-working team for their dedication and can-do attitude which helps us deliver innovative, collaborative and bespoke services for a unique user experience.”

Natalie Wiseman, client services manager at BVA BDRC said: “It’s fantastic to see the hotel able to attain Venue Verdict Gold Accreditation once again as a direct result of customer feedback, and is a credit to all those involved in delivering quality events at the venue.”

The recognition is the latest in a long line of accolades and awards for the hotel.

Last year it was named Business Hotel of the Year and received the award for Excellence in Hotel Conference Facilities at the Small Business Awards 2017.

They are also finalists in the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) Excellence Awards, where they hope to win in the Best Industry Partnership category.
