She was in the Clydebank Cancer Research UK store
A THIEF stole an elderly woman’s purse while she was shopping last Saturday afternoon.
The 70-year-old felt someone bang into her while she was in the Cancer Research UK store in Sylvania Way, Clydebank.
She didn’t think anything of it until she noticed later her purse was missing.
The incident was reported, and the purse was then found in the store by staff.
A total of £14 of cash had been taken from it.
Police are carrying out relevant enquiries.
