A MAN has appeared in court charged with alleged production of around £12,000 worth of cannabis in Faifley.
The 54-year-old was arrested on a drugs warrant around 1pm on Monday, August 27 following information from the public under Operation Holder.
The man is further alleged to have assaulted a police officer, resisted arrest and to have shouted and sworn at officers.
He is also reported to have been in possession of a quantity of amphetamine with intent to supply.
Police said the warrant was executed at a property in Faifley Road.
