A TAXI exploded in the early hours of Wednesday prompting a police appeal for witnesses.
The vehicle was parked just outside Clydebank Private Hire in Dumbarton Road when it was set on fire just around midnight on August 29.
Clydebank CID officers said there were a number of other vehicles driving in either direction at the time and appealed for witnesses and any dash-cam footage to help their investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Lee Cassidy at Clydebank CID on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
