A ROSNEATH caravan park worker who sexually assaulted a member of staff at the facility has been told he won't have to return to court for any further reviews of his case.
Neil Robinson, 51, was handed a community payback order and placed under social workers' supervision after he admitted the attack on a female employee.
Robinson, now of Shaw Hall Caravan Park, near Ormskirk in Lancashire, seized the woman on the buttock in the incident at the caravan park on June 11, 2017.
Appearing at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Friday for a review of his progress, Robinson was told by Sheriff William Gallacher that the order would be allowed to continue without any further reviews in court.
