A 38-YEAR-OLD man who was caught with cocaine in his mouth at Clydebank police office has been jailed for two months.
Stephen McKee was snared on March 28.
Prosecutor Sarah Healing said: “At 5pm he was in custody at Clydebank police office and was subject to a search, with two wraps of white powder found within his mouth.
“The substances were found to be cocaine with each of the wraps having a street value of £40.”
Defence lawyer Scott Adair told Dumbarton Sheriff Court last Tuesday that McKee, of Regent Court, Greenock, admitted his previous offences, and that he was currently serving 32 months from July 4, this year, and his earliest date of release was November 2019.
Sheriff Peter Grant-Hutchison jailed him for two months, reduced from three, because of his early plea.
