A DRUG dealer, who was snared with more than £800 worth of drugs, has been ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.
Ronan Davis, 18, of West Court, Clydebank, was caught supplying drugs to others at his home on September 2, 2017.
Prosecutor Martina McGuigan told Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Friday that police searched his home and found three bags, each containing 98 grams of cannabis resin with a total street value of £840. He told police he was selling it to friends to finance his own drug habit.”
Sheriff William Gallacher told him: “This was a significant amount.”
The community service was reduced from 200 hours because of his early plea. He was told to carry out the work within nine months.
