A 17-YEAR-OLD Linnvale youth has been told to stay out of further trouble for the next four months after breaching a curfew order.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was outwith his home, at 11.30pm, when police checked up on his whereabouts on December 13, 2017.
He had been put on bail at Glasgow Sheriff Court on October 25, just two months earlier, ordering him to remain at home each day from 7pm until 7am.
At the time, he was also on two other bail orders, one from Glasgow Sheriff Court on August 7 and the other from Dumbarton Sheriff Court on November 16.
At Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week the youth admitted the breach through his defence lawyer Brian McGuire.
Sheriff John Hamilton deferred sentence on the youngster until July 4, ordering him to be of good behaviour.
The court also called for an updated report on the progress he is making with his community payback order.
