OLD Kilpatrick teenager Ross Anderson is through to the next stage of The Voice UK.
The 17-year-old came up against Harri Oakland in the Battle Rounds with the pair performing a duet of September Song.
A place in the Knockouts was up for grabs and the duo's judge Jennifer Hudson said she felt she had to choose based on who had the most natural talent, before confirming she had gone with Ross.
She told the friends: "I think both of your nerves got the best of you but neither of you would be here if you didn't have what it takes.
"The reason we're taking this time is because we care."
The young Scot is now just one round from performing in the competition's live finals.
