Cochrane Castle Golf Club are celebrating their first Renfrewshire Senior Golf League victory since 1999.
The five-time winners finally got their hands on the trophy after an 18-year wait on Friday.
The trophy was presented at the annual prize giving dinner by the league match secretary Alan Philips.
Club captain Ian Henderson accepted the trophy on behalf of Cochrane Castle.
The skipper thanked his team Centurions for their consistent performances over the season and for their perseverance over the years.
David Baird, past captain of Renfrew, gave an entertaining speech after accepting the wooden spoon.
The event was held at Cochrane Castle Golf Club and was attended by 94 members and guests who were entertained by speaker Bobby Shaw.
Cochrane Castle Golf Club has competitive and social golf competitions in abundance throughout the year.
